Oh, rupa-rupanya bila baca komen orang yang ada masa kejadian, seorang lelaki berbangsa cina ini bertindak melampau apabila dengan biadapnya menghina bangsa lain.

Dan menurut komen diatas juga, kalau kejadian itu tidak berlaku, ramai lagi pelanggan lain dalam restoran KFC itu yang begitu marah dengan sikap pelanggan bersikap rasis itu.

Aduhai, sampai macam tu sekali, perlu ke sampai nak mencaci bangsa lain, ataupun sehingga berkelahi sampai bertumbuk ni hanya kerana Ayam Goreng KFC? Rasanya kalau dah menunggu terlalu lama sehingga lebih 1 jam, dah boleh beransur ke kedai makan lain kot.

    “Orang yang mendakwa tahu punca”… anyone can claim that they know what is happening but are they at the scene during the incident? anyone can write anything on the internet and provoke anyone just to fulfil their personal agenda. so lets just wait for the official report to come out about this matter. getting mad over some statement which might be false is stupid

    Well, i am not lecturing nor being a hero and nor provoking racial tension here. Just wanted you guys to give a thought.., how many of you had uttered the words “cina babi” either infront or behind of the person? Just be frank to yourself and think back. Of course i know many of you never did this. Well, throughout my life i have been hearing this either directed to me or others. Truthfully, it was hurting but we do not really acted by ASSULTING the other person. Of course cant deny that exchange of hot bitter words happened but not up to the extend of asulting as it is still a WRONG move no matter at what circumstances. I have worked in KFC before during the time when we were waiting for SPM results. My plan of working in fast food restaurant was deemed weird though and even some customers were surprised by uttering “eh, really rare seeing a chinese boy working in such setting”. Well, my motive of working there is to prepare myself by exposing myself to the ‘real world’ as we are exposed to the society via seeing 10-20 customers per hour. To be frank, i have seen a lot of customers with funny characters, the worst was chinese. As a matter of fact most chinese are very FuSSy. That’s a fact! If i could recall, i think KFC has got 10-12 GOLDEN rules to attend customers. General rule no 1., customer is always right. No matter what they did to hurt you verbally, you have to acept it. If too extreme, you can always forward to your superior. Physical contact, no way. If you wanted to argue that, “aiyah, the assailiant is tired of working long hours and no time to eat and thus with provoked anger, his action by assulting is deemed appropriate”. How long is the long hour? At most 8-12 hours, consider long? Well i tell you what is called a long hour job that i had experience. 39 hours non stop working with minimal water and food intake to serve my customers. That was my longest hour ever and i was in a state of maximum tiredness and with nausea, floating sensation and depersonalisation. I believe our threshold of inhibition will be reduced if we overworked but by assulting others is really a NO to everyone. May this assailant be appropriately penalised and learn the word called RESPONSIBiLity!
