Condoms in ‘extra small’ for boys age 12 set for Britain’s shelves soon

Extra small condoms for boys as young as 12 could soon be on our shelves.

The Hotshot condoms are going on sale in Switzerland after research found that not enough 12 to 14-year-old boys were having protected sex.

The condoms are likely to end up on sale in Britain, said their manufacturer Lamprecht AG.

A spokesman said the UK would be ‘top priority’ if the company expanded abroad, considering it had the highest teenage pregnancy rate in Europe.

Nysse Norballe said: ‘At the moment we are only producing the Hotshot in Switzerland.

‘But the UK is certainly a very attractive market since there is a very high rate of underage conception.’

A standard condom has a diameter of 52mm in comparison with the Hotshot’s 45mm. Both are the same length – 190mm.

According to a study of 13 to 20-year-olds, a quarter said that a standard condom was too large.

Hilary Pannack, of teenage pregnancy charity Straight Talking Peer Education, said: ‘We know young people are having sex and if this is what it takes to protect them, we need to go along with it.’

Bull with low sex drive saved with herbal Viagra

A bull with a low sex drive has been saved from the slaughterhouse after being fed herbal Viagra.

Boris was heading for the abattoir three weeks ago but farmer Dave Joyce came up with a novel solution to save his hide.

He fed his not-so-prized French Limousin capsules that contain Horny Goat Weed among other herbs for a week.

And just two days before the appointed slaughter, Boris regained his strength.

‘He is such a nice bull and we didn’t really want to get rid of him so we started looking into alternatives,’ said Mr Joyce from Solihull, West Midlands.

‘Since we fed him this herbal Viagra he has been rampant. When the cows come out he’s the first in there.’

Naked people hug at Sydney Opera House for Spencer Tunick photo

It’s not every day that you see over 5,000 naked people hugging each other on the steps of Sydney’s iconic Opera House – and if you do, it must mean that Spencer Tunick is in town.

Tunick, who is famous for his massive nude group photos in public spaces, posed around 5,200 naked participants for more than an hour in a variety of positions on Monday morning – including getting them to embrace each other.

‘It was difficult to get the straight participants to embrace the gay participants and vice versa,’ Tunick said. ‘So I was very happy that that last set up finally got done and everyone came together (in a) united, friendly kiss, a loving kiss in front of this great structure.’

Nineteen-year-old student Art Rush said he was thrilled to participate.

‘I’ll never get a chance to do this again; it’s not worth being inhibited,’ Rush said. ‘It doesn’t feel sexual, it just feels tribal, a gathering of humanity.’

‘I thought it could be a bit awkward, but it’s funny because when you’re naked and everybody else is naked, you feel like you’re dressed, because everybody looks the same,’ said Steven Anglier, who wore a wig so he could stand out in the photo.

‘It’s really a weird experience because you think there could be something sexual behind, but there’s not.’

As the sun rose, Tunick instructed participants to do a number of poses, from standing up, lying down, and even embracing cheek to cheek, for the work titled ‘Mardi Gras:The Base’.

Tunick has produced almost 100 nude installations around the world, and says his work is not about exhibitionism or eroticism but instead reveals the vulnerability of life in a rough city landscape.

But that argument has not impressed authorities at home in the United States, where Tunick has been arrested seven times.

His largest installation was in Mexico on May 6, 2007, where he photographed 18,000 people In Mexico city’s Zocalo Square.

Duped into sex, then dumped

KUANTAN: An illiterate 17-year-old shop assistant claimed that she was duped into a sexual relationship with a 51-year-old man who posed as a timber merchant and claimed to have strong contacts with the royal family. At the Indera Mahkota MCA office here yesterday, the girl, from Chenderawasih here, said the relationship fizzled out when she became pregnant last year and did not heed his demand to abort the baby.

After she gave birth to a baby girl in September last year, the man visited her a month later to give her RM2,000 and had not been heard since.

She said they met in May 2008 after he contacted her on her handphone and they started exchanging text messages. They then met secretly at a restaurant near her house.

However, she claimed the relationship turned intimate in June after she went back to his rented room in Air Putih where she was given a spiked drink and raped.

“I woke up and found myself naked with him but when I told him that I wanted to lodge a police report, he took out a few letters and claimed that he was close to the royal family.
“He claimed that no one would dare arrest him and warned me not to tell anyone. I couldn’t read so I kept quiet. I was stupid to believe him.”

She said he forced her to continue with the sexual relationship until she became pregnant in December 2008.

“He told me to abort the baby but I was scared. He then disappeared and I didn’t know what to do.

“I only told my mother about it when I was five months pregnant as she heard me on the phone begging him to be responsible for the baby.”

MCA Youth National Public Complaints Bureau deputy chairman David Choi said the girl had lodged a police report on Feb 9 and police were trying to locate the man.

Choi said the man was believed to have duped a few other teenage girls into having sex with him by using similar tactics.

He urged those who have information about the man to contact police.

A MAN caught his 13-year-old niece having sex with her boyfriend at the stairwell of a condominium, reported Sinar Harian.

The man was suspicious of the girl’s behaviour, as she constantly sneaked out of the house between 2am and 4am, and decided to spy on her.

It is understood that the niece was staying with him as her mother was hospitalised.

A police source said the uncle caught the couple in the act and brought the girl home.

The source said the girl often met with her lover at the same stairwell between 2.30am and 4am.

The case is being investigated as statutory rape as the girl is underaged.

Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Arjunaidi Mohamed confirmed that a 20-year-old man had been detained to assist in investigations.

“The suspect was arrested on Wednesday at the same condominium after a police report was lodged by the victim’s uncle,” he said.

GEORGE TOWN: Police have busted two gay joints at a massage parlour and a fitness centre here with the arrest of 19 men, including a 65-year-old grandfather.

They also seized posters, towels and tubes of lubricant during the raid at the premises at a shopping complex here at 10pm.

It is said that their customers included doctors and lecturers.

Among the 19, two were caretakers aged 30 and 38 while seven were local customers. The remaining 10 were said to be sex workers from Thailand, Vietnam, China, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

The “company” is said to be hiring foreign employees, who entered the country with visit permits, in batches.

It is learnt the two shops, which have been closed down for two to three months, started its operations again recently.

Using massage parlour and fitness centre as a front for their operation, regular customers are given a password to enter the place. There are two closed circuit television cameras installed in front of the door for tight security.

Police earlier laid an ambush nearby and arrested a customer before forcing him to reveal the password. Some were said to be caught with their pants down when police stormed into the premises.

George Town acting OCPD Supt Gan Kong Meng, who confirmed the case, said police would be investigating the case under Section 377(B) of the Penal Code for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature, Section 6(3)(c) and Section 39 (b) of the Immigration Act.

In another case, the police nabbed seven women from China in a raid at an unlicensed entertainment outlet in Gurney Tower.

Supt Gan said equipment like television sets, a microphone, DVD players and sound systems were also confiscated. “The women will be investigated under Section 39 (b) and Section 51(3) of the Im­­migration Act,” he said.
